I was recently interviewed by Angeleno Magazine for its article (August 2009 issue) on the Palisades Riviera. I have sold homes in the Palisades Riviera since 1979. My first home sale was a stunning 1935 Mediterranean, complete with loggia, which overlooks Rustic Canyon to the ocean. I was asked to sell it again, 18 years later. The current owners have recently completed a dramatic remodel that has both transformed the street presence, and created a Tuscan garden with pool and spa that was the talk of the Homeowner's association art/architecture jury.

There are several homes being developed. New construction starts at about $7Mil.
The upper Palisades Riviera (north of Sunset Blvd.) commands top dollar. Many properties boast sublime views of the ocean, coastline, and mountains. There are popular mountain biking trails, and it is a terrific area to breathe the clean, coastal air, and see spectacular views on a morning walk or your evening post-prandial stroll.
South of Sunset, the Palisades Riviera has homes on Napoli Drive with breath-taking views of the Riviera Golf Course. Parts of Amalfi Dr., south of Sunset, have sylvan views across Rustic Canyon to the ocean.
Please call me for a confidential discussion about properties for sale. I'm *more than savvy* about the Palisades Riviera. If you have a home to sell, may I offer you phone numbers of satisfied Riviera sellers and buyers more than happy to discuss my *local knowledge* and expertise.
"My first sale in the Palisades Riviera (or "the Riviera" as it is known by locals) was in 1979. It is a stunning 1935-built custom Meditirranean-style home, complete with loggia. It was recently remodeled, a pool added, and the entire street presence transformed.
My first home on Spoleto Drive (South of Sunset, off Amalfi Drive), and my first *unforgettable* prom was at the Riviera Country Club. I love the Palisades Riviera... To me, it's the most glamorous, interesting and historic area of Pacific Palisades. Without a doubt, the Palisades Riviera is THE most wonderful suburb, in all of Los Angeles County."
