Click here to fill out a Trustee's Sale Bidding Services (TSBS) registration form to sign up for the service. After you sign up, an email with Login and Password will be sent to you.

You can access your Bid account by clicking on the icon at the bottom of the CRR home page (TSBS Login)

To select properties, log into your regular CRR account, find a property you're interested in owning, select "Bid Now" and fill out the bid request form, identifying the maximum amount you are willing to pay, how you'd like to hold title and where you want the Trustees Deed Upon Sale mailed. Remember, you only pay us if we are the successful bidder at the sale.

Send certified funds to CRR to activate your bids.

Notification of sale results will be sent via email and phone on sale date
