My name Salvador Almanza, a realtor with over 14-years of experience, based in Los Angeles, California a veteran of the California Real Estate market and have experience with a wide array of real-estate transactions such as residential, commercial, and mortgages. I have built a solid foundation through my perseverance, strong work ethic, straightforward professional style and ethically honest values. I have a long record of successfully guiding first-time homebuyers and seasoned homeowners alike with new home purchases, refinancing, Short-Sales, with my savvy business sense and keen understanding of the traits of wise real estate investments. I closed real estate transactions valued over 12,000,000 consistently earning awards for sales volume and customer satisfaction. My specific area of expertise includes strategic marketing, transaction management and financial structuring. I am alumni of UC Santa Barbara, I majored in applied Mathematical Sciences and went on to pursue further Graduate Studies in mathematics at Cal State Los Angeles. I am a native to the Los Angeles area, I am a proud Californian, who as a parent of young children, understands the importance of investing for the future. In addition, I feel it is crucial to improving our communities by raising property values through the care of our properties, public schools and local parks. For this reason, I feel it is important to give back to the community and I annually sponsors a scholarship for first-generation high school students attending four-year universities. I am a son to immigrant parents; I believe in the American Dream and feel that all Americans should experience the joy and pride of home ownership. Having a strong desire and calling to serve on the board, and further the mission of the Saint Francis Center. Growing up in Boyle Heights and understanding the mission of the center; to feed, serve, and walk with the poor as a community of hope in the spirit of Saint Francis very closely matches my own heart’s desire to serve others, especially those who are less fortunate than I am.
